What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store your name, phone number, email address, travel dates and anything you write in the message box. If you book, we also hold billing details and government ID copies required for hotel check-in and permits.
Why we hold it
To quote your trip, make bookings in your name, and contact you about that booking. We do not sell your data or hand it to advertisers.
Who else sees it
Only the suppliers your trip needs — hotels, transport operators, airlines, and permit offices — and only the fields they require. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment gateway and never stored on our servers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months. Booking records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it.

Write to info@flytopvacation.com to see, correct or delete what we hold. We respond within 30 days.
