Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once we receive 25% of the total package cost and issue a written confirmation voucher. The balance is due 15 days before departure. For departures inside 15 days, full payment is required at booking.
Prices
Prices are per person on the occupancy stated and include GST. They may change if government taxes, fuel surcharges or permit fees change before your departure. We will tell you before charging anything extra, and you may cancel free of charge if you do not accept the revision.
Your responsibilities
Carry valid photo ID, and for international trips a passport valid at least six months beyond your return date with the correct visa. We assist with visa paperwork but the decision belongs to the issuing authority; a refused visa is treated as a cancellation.
Itinerary changes
Weather, road closures, strikes and permit refusals can force a change. Where that happens we substitute the nearest equivalent at no extra cost. If a substitution is cheaper, the difference is refunded.
Liability
We act as a booking agent for hotels, transport operators and airlines. We are not liable for loss caused by those suppliers beyond the amount you paid us, nor for events outside reasonable control. Trip insurance is included on every package and we recommend keeping it active until you are home.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
